A brand new event at The Comus Inn for 2010...our very first recipe contest!
Submit any poultry recipe of your choosing...an original recipe of your creation, a family favorite or something you have always wanted to try your hand at making...between now and February 10, 2010. The winning recipe will be chosen by our executive chef, Jose Molina, and the contest winner will have the chance to come to our kitchen on February 24th to cook your recipe with the chef, and learn kitchen tips and some "tricks of the trade" for working with poultry. The winning recipe will also be featured as a dinner special at The Comus Inn during the week of the 24th!
